Physical Therapy Associates of San Ramon is privately owned and operated by Pat Scott, PT and Carolyn Hamilton, PT, at this location since 1987. Both therapists began their careers with a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation as well as orthopedics. While all types of injuries are treated at this clinic, there has always been a specialized approach to the more complicated cases whether due to multiple injuries or complications such as systemic disease. The comprehensive, holistic approach to neurological is an obvious, but often overlooked necessity for orthopedic diagnoses as well. Pain and loss of function accompanies all injuries, both acute and chronic. The physical and emotional impact of all injuries and pain has enormous impacts on the patient and their families, even if not as evident as in a major neurological event.

The training and expertise of the owners and staff is focused on the ability to approach each client and diagnosis from a variety of treatment approaches as each person has individual needs and issues.
